reason 1
due to the particularity of the commercial freezer, the heat insulation or sealing between the freezer itself and the outside world cannot be guaranteed, resulting in large loss of cold energy!
The reason for the poor thermal insulation performance of the freezer is that the thickness of the thermal insulation layer of the freezer pipe and the insulation board separated from the outside world has not reached a certain thickness, and the thickness is not enough, the actual heat insulation and the insulation required by the freezer are not good, the main reason for this situation is that the thickness of the insulation layer of the freezer is not up to standard during design or the quality of the insulation material used during construction is poor, and the thermal insulation and moisture-proof performance of the final insulation material is damaged, eventually, the sealing performance is poor, which can lead to increased cold loss.

another important reason for slow temperature drop due to too thick frost or too much dust on the evaporator surface and decreased heat transfer effect is the low heat transfer efficiency of the evaporator, this is mainly caused by too thick frost layer on the evaporator surface or too much dust.
Reason 3
There is more air and refrigerant oil in the evaporator, and the heat transfer effect decreases. Once more refrigerant oil is attached to the inner surface of the evaporator heat transfer tube, its heat transfer coefficient will decrease, similarly, if there is more air in the heat transfer tube, the heat transfer area of the evaporator will be reduced, its heat transfer efficiency will be significantly reduced, and the temperature drop rate will be slowed down.
Reason 4
improper adjustment or blockage of throttle valve, excessive and too small refrigerant flow leading to improper adjustment or blockage of throttle valve, will directly affect the refrigerant flow into evaporator.
